  • Unlocking a blocked card or resetting a PIN
  • Processing salary complaints or WPS disputes

Salary or Employment Disputes

If your employer has not paid your salary or you have a labour complaint, contact the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) directly.

Filing a complaint with MOHRE is free. You do not need a lawyer or any payment to submit a case.
